For end user workstation support we offer an online helpdesk ticketing service, where our technicians have the ability to take remote control of a user’s machine for troubleshooting purposes.
Each systems and network engineer has over 10 years of corporate and IT consulting experience. Our engineers are Microsoft, VMware, SonicWall, Cisco, and HP/Compaq certified and are constantly striving to keep up with the latest technologies. Many of our engineers have corporate and management experience so we are familiar with interacting with various company management as we have been in those positions ourselves.
